18072013
On show at
Sepulkralmuseum13. December 2023 – 03. March 2024.
18072013 is a multimedia sound installation that seeks ways of dealing with mortality.
The complexity and absolute register of the theme of death and our search for profundity are offered to be heard and felt spatially as an experiential encounter with the work.
Andreia Aruda Bickenbach uses a variety of aural and textual evidence such as the sounds of porcelain and the voices of those they interviewed to bring to the fore the polyphonic presences manifested in 18072013.
